Hongteng Heavy Industries Ltd is ISO9001 complied manufacturing facilities in China . Our main products are screen printing machine, ball mill and SAG mill.. Besides, we have six workshops ( iron foundry, steel foundry, non-ferrous foundry, forging, fabrication and machining ). We supply quality machined casting, forging, steel fabrication at very competitive price.

Our castings include grey iron, ductile iron, wear resistant iron, malleable cast iron, heat resistant iron etc. Our iron castings can be from 1 kg to 40,000 kg.

Our steel castings include carbon steel, low alloy steel, high alloy steel ( manganese steel, wear resistant steel, heat resistant steel, stainless steel etc). Our steel casting can be from 50 g ( investment casting) to 80,000kg.

Our forging can be from 1 kg to 150,000 kg and open / closed-die forging.

We supply excellent steel fabrication and hold license for pressure vessel as well.

Our material can comply with ASTM, DIN, EN or the specs.

We have state-of-the-art machining facilities so that we could supply high precision machined parts. Our biggest CNC machine center is 6m X 4m X 3m and we can supply gear up to 15 m.

Hongteng Heavy has complete QA system. A variety of instrumentation for calibration and non-destructive testing and performance testing are available to ensure the products in high quality, for instance: spectrometer, UT machine, MT machine, 3-D measuring machine etc.
